Installing R

To install R you need to do the following:

Navigate to the following webpage.
Choose your preferred CRAN Mirror (which geographical place you would like to download your file from).
Click on the relevant link for your operating system (Linux, macOS or Windows):
Windows: choose ‘install R for the first time’ -> then ‘Download R version for Windows’ -> open the install file. macOS: click on the link that matches your operating system -> open the install file.

Scroll down and click on ‘DOWNLOAD’ under the ‘RStudio Desktop FREE’ heading.
Click on the relevant link for your operating system (Linux, macOS or Windows).
Windows: click on ‘DOWNLOAD RSTUDIO FOR WINDOWS’. choose ‘install R for the first time’ -> then ‘Download R version for Windows’ -> open the install file.
macOS: scroll down and then click on the download link for the macOS operating system.
